Our campus at Via Marcantonio Colonna offers up to 22 boarding places for boys and girls aged 14-18. Weekly and full-time boarding options are available, with purpose-built accommodation segregated by gender.

Boarders aged 14-18 will spend their days completing their International Baccalaureate (IB Diploma) at our Archinto Campus, the top performing IB World School in Continental Europe. As a highly respected qualification, the IB Diploma equips our students with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in their next educational steps at prestigious universities and colleges around the world.

During the evening, all boarders will return to the boarding house and will be expected to engage in a structured academic and recreational evening programme designed to strengthen their academic performance, build strong social skills and encourage full participation in boarding school life. Weekly boarders stay with us from Monday morning to Friday afternoon, while full boarders will have sports, activities and optional trips and excursions to fill their weekends.

EXTRA ACTIVITIES

THE ARTS

For students living in Milan, it is important to visit a number of museums and cultural sites located all over the city. Some of these include the Museo del 900, which hosts modern art exhibitions, Palazzo Reale, where many paintings from different artists are permanently on display, the Convent of Santa Maria delle Grazie, with the Ultima cena by Leonardo Da Vinci, La Scala Theater, Hangar Bicocca and the EXPO site. We also encourage students to play an instrument: Music practice rooms are available for use every evening and during the weekends.

Students can play an instrument as an extracurricular activity and they have the possibility to take the ABRSM exam (Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music of London) in May. Furthermore, the school library and Art room are accessible in the evenings until 8.30 pm when the main school building is closed. Boarders can also access the dance studio when used as a part of the school timetable.
A wide range of extra-curricular activities are offered to boarders as well, like Drama, Journalism, MUN activities, French and/or German language, piano lessons.

TRIPS

We organize trips to beautiful towns in Italy, such as Venice, Bergamo, Como, Florence and Rome. Transportation is arranged either by private bus or by train, depending on the destination. House parents accompany the students during these trips and organize a number of activities for boarders as well as tourist sites to visit. On daily trips, boarders depart early in the morning, have lunch on the trip, spend the whole day touring the chosen town or city, and are back to the boarding house by dinner time.

SPORTS

Boarding students have access to all school facilities to practice sports, as well as free courses organized for them throughout the year. During their downtime they are allowed to use the school’s football and basketball pitch, as well as the school gym to train and exercise. Twice a week a qualified teacher will be able to provide personal training for boarders who seek advice in this field. Various supervised activities take place after school, for students who wish to enroll in them. Volleyball, basket and football tournaments are organized by the school, which boarders are more than welcome to take part in, as well as pool tournaments held in the boarding living room. Also, free yoga and krav maga courses are available for boarders and high school students only, giving them the opportunity to try new disciplines.
